Our first ever retreat will be hosted in Puerto Escondido on the sun-soaked Oaxacan Coast of Mexico.
Puerto Escondido is a 3-hour drive from Oaxaca City, Mexico’s capital of food and culture. Known for its stunning beaches, we’ll be just a 5-minute walk from Playa Manzanillo, with Playa Carrizalillo and Playa Zicatela also nearby.
Each day of the retreat is thoughtfully organized to incorporate mindful movement, meaningful connection, delicious food and time for fun local activities and excursions. Our goal is to make this the best week of your year, and an experience you will remember forever.
We’ll have two Pilates sessions daily (except on arrival and departure days). Optional excursions include a boat tour of the azure coastal waters to see dolphins and whales, a Crossfit class to get your sweat on, a sunset turtle release at Playa La Escobilla, and beachside morning Pilates near a cute bakery.
Meals are crafted using the freshest local ingredients, with all dietary preferences accommodated. Think colourful fruit bowls, fresh salsa, and guac is ALWAYS included. This week is all about nourishing your mind, soul and body with the best that life and travel has to offer.

Our home for the week is the gorgeous Casa Cascada, featuring a terrace for outdoor Pilates, an infinity pool with ocean views, and optional local excursions at your fingertips.
The villa sits on a hill overlooking Playa Manzanillo, offering breathtaking Pacific Ocean views. It boasts six unique apartments, blending modern industrial design with tropical luxury. Each apartment has been recently renovated and offers a private bedroom and bathroom. The common areas, including the terrace and living spaces, are shared with other guests.
The house’s open-concept design welcomes the coastal breeze, and guests fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves at night. The house is masterfully designed for comfort and to maximize the stunning views that are raved about by every guest.
